Dr. Blaž Trotovšek is  a specialist in general surgery with a subspecialty in abdominal surgery. He gained his professional work experience by working in private and state institutions.

He is a regular participant in congresses and symposiums in the field of surgery. He is the author and co-author of a large number of scientific research papers in his field. In addition to his daily medical practice, he is also engaged in pedagogical work. He is an assistant professor at the Department of Surgery and Anesthesiology at the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade.

He is currently working in Belgrade.
